We are happy to refund or exchange any product, as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Products purchased during any sale or promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exclusions – toiletries, all types of accessories, feeding & nursing, and baby care items. These items don’t qualify for refund or exchange.
Refund & Exchange Procedure:
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by simply writing an email to us at email@example.com or by calling at +92-324-2141435. You need to provide photographic evidence of your purchase if the item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually ordered.
Once your request has been approved, you will simply courier it back to us. Don’t worry; we will share the details with you when you email. The whole process might take up to 14 Days.
We apologize but we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases:
- If the item was damaged when received by the customer.If the wrong item was delivered.
- In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
Alternative option of Exchange (Only for Karachi) :

How the cash will be refunded?
The refund will be made through bank transfer. Your complete bank details would be required to process the request. In case you paid through bank transfer, we’ll refund the amount in the same account.
